Building a Patient Management Software (PMS) using Five can be accomplished in just a few simple steps. Follow this guide to create a functional and interactive application for managing patient data.
Step 1: Create Your Application and Database
First, log in to Five and create a new application titled Patient Management Software. After that, access the Data > Table Wizard to set up your database. You’ll need to create several tables, such as:
- Patients
- Appointments
- MedicalRecords
Define the relevant fields for these tables, ensuring you create relationships where necessary (e.g., linking Patients to Appointments).
Step 2: Develop User Interface Forms
